Lotus Farm Design.

You may be thinking, “Why is it Lotus?”  I love what Erin Martinez says on her website about her business’ name.

  “Lotus Farm Designs was born from the idea of creating something beautiful from simple things. The lotus grows from the mud into something of beauty, elegance, and simplicity. I do my very best to incorporate these qualities into my products.”

This is a perfect picture of how she creates amazing products that leave us to be creative, enhance our imagination, and encourage us to be vulnerable with the Lord.  She has prayer journals, cooking journals, baby journals, goal planners, and much more!

Here is an inside look at her website that clearly shows her four categories of business:

  1. · Lotus Farm Pottery entails the selling of functional stoneware through our online shop, as well as locally. We will also provide lessons and workshops out of our local studio in Monroe, LA.  Our pottery and services will be available starting February 2016. Be sure to check back then!
  2. · Lotus Farm Paper includes our 365 Journal Collection and a variety of prints that help with organization and intentional living.
  3. · Lotus Farm Craft includes hand-crafted items, wall sculptures, DIY projects, and more! Our craft products will be on sale starting in January. Check back then to have a look!
  4. · Lotus Farm Home is a service available to those in need of help designing the interiors of their homes or offices.

I cannot get enough of my 365 Days of Prayer journal.  It really pushes me to record everyday what is on my mind and what God puts on my heart.  I am all about accountability, and these journals hold me to daily prayer and remembrance of answered prayers.  Each month has a new topic of prayer, and ends with a page to write answered prayers.img_3851I love my 365 Days of Prayer and highly encourage you to check out her website yourself to get one of her many books!  They are easy to handle, compact in size, and perfectly designed inside and out.  I love how cute they are to carry with my books, planner, bible, etc.  What a better way to kick off the new year?  Definitely something I now keep on hands at all times!
